Executive Chef Kaoru Ishii creates traditional Japanese dishes yet to be approached by Portland’s restaurants. Ishii from Tokyo, Japan has over two decades of culinary experience from top restaurants in Japan, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York. Ishii approaches his unique dishes with creativity using only the highest quality ingredients that result in premium freshness and taste.
